Lying in the sun amidst the citrus- covered slopes of Northland is Marsden
Estate, Kerikeri's award winning winery.
The estate is name after Samuel Marsden, who
introduced the grapevine to New Zealand with 100 plantings at Kerikeri in
1819. The plantings at Marsden are a little more recent, but both the wine
and estate building have a timeless quality.
Original cuisine, complimented by
estate grown wines can be enjoyed in a relaxed courtyard atmosphere
overlooking the lake and vines. Wine sales, tastings and tours are also
available.
So if your are visiting Kerikeri
and the Bay of Islands, join us at Marsden Estate and experience the
flavours of Northland.
